Sean Brendan-Brown works as a photographer for the Insurance Commissioner’s Investigative Division (known on campus as the "Yuck Unit").  He is a 1997 NEA recipient and has published in the Notre Dame Review, Confrontation, Wisconsin Review, Hunger, Subterrain, PKP Forum, Poetry East, Fourteen Hills, Crab Creek Review, Cold Mountain Review, Slant, and the anthologies American Diaspora and Like Thunder (both University of Iowa Press).
