John William Kulm’s style comes from a lifetime in agriculture combined with years touring as a performance poet. He farmed in Washington’s Columbia Basin until giving it up in 1999. Gazoobi Tales recently published his first book, The Five Stages of Quitting Farming. His poems "A Shovel" and "So Sleepy" appear in Square Lake Number One, and "You Are the Light" in Square Lake Number Two. Number Two also features a review of The Five Stages of Quitting Farming. |
